      • Watching and explaining the front crawl execution
      • Demonstrating front crawl observing floatation, body position, arm action, and leg action
      • Observing breathing and establishing rhythm
      • Practising pool hygiene, water safety, safe entry, and safe skill execution
      • Drawing a sketch of a swimming facility and creating a mosaic composition
    • Performing a Kenyan Folk Dance:
