- Task 4 (Reading Comprehension): A passage about James, who went to the doctor's office on a Saturday morning because he was feeling sick, and the doctor checked his eyes, told him to open his mouth, and gave him medicine, with questions on the reason for the visit, what the doctor did, and the day of the visit.
- Task 5 (Guided Writing): A dictation exercise where learners write words correctly as read aloud by the teacher.
Shughuli za Kiswahili zina zoezi 5 zilizopangwa kama ifuatavyo:
- Zoezi la 1 (Kusikiliza na Kuzungumza): Maswali ya mazungumzo ya mwalimu na mwanafunzi kuhusu salamu (Hujambo), maneno ya heshima, maneno yenye sauti "ka" na "la," na jinsi mwalimu anavyowaamkua wanafunzi asubuhi.

Mathematics Activities consists of 15 tasks structured as follows:
- Task 1: Arranging pictured items from smallest to largest, including cars and trees.
- Task 2: Counting and writing the number of pictured houses, trees, and bottles.
- Task 3: Writing tens and ones for the numbers 96 and 14.
- Task 4: Adding groups of pictured apples, squares, and circles.
- Task 5: Writing the numbers 7 and 6 in words.
- Task 6: Determining how many tens and ones are shown on an abacus.
- Task 7: Writing tens and ones for the numbers 63 and 82 in a table.
- Task 8: Filling in missing numbers in sequences such as 2, 3, 4, _, _, 7 and 10, 20, _, 40, _.
- Task 9: Drawing circles and writing how many more are needed to make ten, for example 6 + _ = 10.
- Task 10: Putting together simple addition problems such as 6+1 and 2+8.
- Task 11: Taking away using pictured triangles and bottles, for example 8-5 and 9-2.
- Task 12: Writing tens and ones represented by tally marks, with an example showing 2 tens and 3 ones equals 23.
- Task 13: Circling the smallest number from sets such as 22, 42, 37, 19 and 32, 42, 9, 27.
- Task 14: Subtracting using a number line for problems such as 8-4 and 6-5.
- Task 15: Putting together vertical addition problems such as 10+20 and 40+20.
Integrated Learning Activities consists of 3 sections structured as follows:
- Environmental Activities section: Questions on writing "yes" or "no" for hygiene statements such as washing hands after the toilet and drinking unboiled water, ticking foods good for teeth from pictures including biscuits, carrots, sugarcane, apple, milk, and sweets, choosing whether to brush teeth before or after bed, true or false on rinsing with water after brushing, what happens to teeth from sugary food, whether a clean mouth smells bad, naming hygiene items shown in pictures (toothbrush, soap, toothpaste), naming what is seen in the sky at night, and naming weather conditions shown in pictures including sun, wind, clouds, and rain.
- Creative Activities section: Identifying the body part used in catching a ball, naming an improvised painting brush made from a stick and bristles, naming types of lines shown (horizontal, wavy, curved, zigzag), naming materials used for drawing, completing a statement about standing at attention during the National Anthem, drawing and colouring regular and irregular shapes, naming materials for an improvised painting brush, making a dot pattern on a cup picture, naming a flag pictured on a pole, and colouring organic shapes such as clouds and a tree.
- Religious Education section: For CRE, questions on the learner's name, ticking sentences that show uniqueness such as being created in God's image and being fearfully and wonderfully made, items that should not be shared like a toothbrush, completing the word "food," identifying the Holy Bible from a picture, describing the Bible as a holy book, the colourful garment given to Joseph, who David killed (Goliath), being important before God, and identifying David as the young shepherd boy who liked to sing. For IRE, questions on the Muslims' holy book (Quran), what is said in the mosque (Swalah), what comes from Allah, the purpose of going to Makkah, the meaning of Twahara, and filling in letters to complete words such as Jibril, zakat, Muhammad, and Muslim, plus identifying the body as a gift from Allah.
