• Description:

  The 14 pages long MS Word document comprises Grade 8 Rationalized Kiswahili Term 3 Schemes of Work. The PDF version of the document is also available upon request. The schemes of work were prepared by a Grade 8 Kiswahili teacher in Kenya who is knowledgeable of the rationalized learning areas.

  4. Ufupisho.

  Under Kuandika, the sub-strands covered include:

  1. Insha za Kiuaminifu (Hotuba)
  2. Insha za Kubuni (Maelezo)
  3. Insha za Maelekezo
  4. Barua Pepe ya Kiofisi.

  Finally, under Sarufi, the sub-strands covered include:

  1. Aina za Sentensi
  2. Ukanushaji kwa Kuzingatia Hali
  3. Udogo wa Nomino
  4. Usemi Halisi na Usemi wa Taarifa.

  The schemes of work cover a total of nine weeks. Weeks 8 and 9 are dedicated to end year revisions and assessments. The primary reference material used to prepare the schemes of work is Akili Pevu Kiswahili Gredi ya Nane. Reference to specific page numbers in the material makes the schemes of work easy to use by teachers. The document is also neatly organized and ready for printing.
